Patriot Signs Seventh Florida CAMA Client!

Patriot Properties is pleased to announce the signing of the Gadsden County Florida Property Appraiser’s Office to a new CAMA implementation contract. The project includes converting all the Gadsden County CAMA data from their legacy CAMA system to the Patriot flagship CAMA product AP5.

AP5 is fully compliant with all Florida DOR statutory requirements and includes all Florida Tax Roll valuation methods, functions, processes and reporting automated entirely with the AP5 application. The project is already underway and Patriot will be delivering a production ready version of their CAMA solution in time for the Gadsden County Property Appraiser staff to open up their 2021 Tax Roll in the new application and retire their legacy system by the end of 2020.

The Gadsden County Property Appraiser office manages 28,000 RE Parcels and 1,200 TPP accounts from their offices in Quincy Florida. The County joins Brevard, Clay, Dixie, Martin, Monroe, and St Lucie Property Appraiser Offices as Patriot CAMA partners in Florida
