Martin County, FL Property Appraiser’s Office goes live on Patriot’s AssessPro AP5!

Patriot Properties, Inc. and the Martin County Property Appraiser’s Office are pleased to announce that they have finalized implementation of Patriot’s AssessPro AP5 Computer-Aided Mass Appraisal (CAMA) solution. The installation of AssessPro AP5 will enable the Martin County Property Appraiser professionals to consolidate their business processes and perform their valuation, mass appraisal, assessment administration and Tax Roll processing entirely in AP5 and retire a variety of legacy systems and databases including the ProVal CAMA system formerly in use. The AP5 application, built on a leading edge (.NET) architecture, enables multi-year database functionality, integration with best-in-class partners, and a full product suite including online filing solutions for Homestead and TPP for automated taxpayer filing and Patriot’s award-winning, web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) application.

Martin County elected Property Appraiser Jenny Fields commented, “Converting a CAMA system impacts every corner of the Property Appraiser’s organization from front office customer service with homestead applications all the way to statistical analysis of mass appraisal data and the many other critical functions in between. We selected Patriot because they hold one of the largest footprints in the Florida CAMA market and they have demonstrated commitment to their long-term Florida jurisdictions. We were very pleased with the coordinated implementation and the opportunity to have Patriot key staff leadership working directly with our leadership team. This expedited the release of solutions during the critical transition period and lead to a successful Go Live event. We are now operating on their latest AP5 software for the 2021 Tax Roll year and have full confidence the many challenging legislative requirements will be fulfilled as we approach the tax roll reporting season this summer. “
