CollectPro Update

The development of our billing and collections application, CollectPro is complete. Utility billing is now part of the core application and the software is constantly being upgraded based on the desires and needs of our growing client list. CollectPro shares a database with AssessPro which allows for a tight integration between assessing and billing and collections functions.
