JANUARY 2006 GIS SEMINAR...
Lynn, Massachusetts
Patriot Properties held a GIS seminar on January 11, 2006 at their corporate offices
in Lynn. The seminar began at 9:30am and concluded at 11:45am. The seminar included
a complete overview of Patriot's GIS viewer and it's use with AssessPro. The use of GIS to assist with
valuation techniques, data auditing, defense of value and assessment administration was covered. There
was also a discussion on the future direction and further development of the product as well. This seminar was presented
at the request of our users as it is a topic of great interest. A continental breakfast was served.
