Patriot Properties is pleased to announce the following contact signings in the first five months of 2007

Patriot has added Paulding County, Georgia to its client base. Paulding County is one of the fastest growing counties in the country and is located northwest of Atlanta with county offices in Dallas, Georgia. The county is comprised of 53,000 Real Property parcels and 7,000 Personal Property accounts. The initial stages of the project have focused on sketch conversion with a full data conversion scheduled for the summer of 2008.

Patriot has its sixth South Carolina County under contract with the recent signing of Berkeley County which contains 84,000 parcels of Real Property. Berkeley County is located in the eastern part of South Carolina just north of Charleston. The project will commence in June of 2007 and will include the installation of Patriot’s GIS Viewer application.

The most recent Patriot contract signing is with the County of Roanoke Virginia. Roanoke County contains 44,000 parcels of Real Property and the project will include significant software customization of AssessPro and the Patriot GIS Viewer. Roanoke County is the second Virginia jurisdiction to contract with Patriot Properties.
